Ronald Dean Cunningham

Ronald Dean "Butch" Cunningham, 76, of Sistersville, WV passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at Eagle Pointe Healthcare Center. He was born July 11, 1950 in Pennsboro, WV to the late Harley E. and Helen N. Cunningham.

Butch was retired from WV State Road. He was newly baptised in the Catholic church. Butch loved christian and bluegrass music, shooting pool with the grandkids, nascar, yard sales, and working on cars. He was a motorhead back in the day and loved hot rods.

Left to carry on his memory include his loving wife, Toni Cunningham; sons, Jason Amos (Salena) and Daniel Amos (Heather); siblings, Donnie (Debbie), Patty, Judy, Donald, Kenny, Mike, and Denny; grandchildren, Garrett, Jarrett, Kaiden, Allison, Cayleb, Colbie, and Cameron; great-grandchildren, Haddie, Kannan, and Kinsley; and his special friend, Kurt Bowie.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Rosemary, Carlene, Helen, Harley Jr., Donna, Jimmy, and Harold; and his special friend, Charles Dodd.

Funeral Services will be at Myers Funeral Home Friday, October 2, 2026 at 1:00 PM with Terry Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Harmony Cemetery in Pennsboro, WV. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM Friday until time of service at the funeral home.
