Connie Kay Howell

Connie Kay Howell, 71, of Sistersville, WV passed away peacefully December 6, 2025, at her residence with the compassionate care of Journey Hospice.

Daughter of the late Robert Francis and Madeline May Filbert, Connie was born April 14, 1954 in La Porte, Indiana. A devoted Christian, Connie was a very active member of Valley Church in Paden City, WV. She was a seamstress and enjoyed fashion and crocheting.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 43 years, Edward B. Howell; her two daughters, Rachel Paswa and Abigail Howell; two granddaughters, Lilly Nichols and Kenzie Paswa; and brother, Robert Filbert.

Funeral Service will take place December 12, 2025 beginning at 5:00 PM at Valley Church in Paden city, WV with Pastor Cliff Lough officiating.

Visiting hours will be from 1:00 until time of service at the church.
