Frances Kay Livingston

Frances Kay Livingston, 80, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, went home to be with her Heavenly Father and loved ones on July 16, 2025.

Born on March 31, 1945 to Henry and Nettie Roberts, Frances was a woman of strength, deep compassion, and unwavering honesty. She spent many years working for Corning Glassworks, where her strong work ethic and authentic spirit left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

Frances found joy in life’s simple pleasures – shopping, dining out, and, most of all, spending time with those she loved. A lifelong collector of dolls, she had a special appreciation for the charm in life’s little quirks and unexpected details. Frances had a rare gift for making others feel seen and truly valued. Her generosity knew no bounds, and her door – and heart – were always open to those in need.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles Robert Livingston. Together, they built a warm and loving home, raising their daughters who remained the center of Frances’s world throughout her life. As well as, her beloved brother, Jean; brother and sister-in-law, Greg and Dolly; family friend, Mick; mother-in-law, Hazel Livingston; and son-in-law, Robert Dennis.

She is survived by her daughters, Belinda Cornell (Mike) and April Dennis; her beloved grandchildren, Amber, Michael, Amy, Bryan, Robert, Melissa, Autumn, Breanna, and Emily; great-grandchildren, Cayden, Jordan, Caleb, Joselyn, and Jaxson; brother-in-law, Kenneth Livingston (Becky); sister-in-law, Becky Livingston; nieces and nephews, Holly, Shelly, Joannie, Michael, Stacy, Jody, Kenny, and Debbie; as well as dear friends, Bug, Sherry, and Jimmy – all of whom held a special place in her heart.

Frances’s authenticity, kindness, and unwavering support touched countless lives. She will be deeply missed and remembered with love by all who were fortunate to know her.

A service to celebrate her life will be held, July 21, 2025 beginning at 1:00 PM at Myers Funeral Home in Sistersville, West Virginia with Pastor Greg Fluharty officiating. Visiting hours will be from 11:00 am to time of service. All who knew and loved Frances are welcome to attend.
