Franklin Broughman

Franklin George Broughman, Sr., 61, of Paden City, WV, passed away October 29, 2019 at UPMC. He was born September 23, 1958, in Warren, OH, a son of the late Brady Broughman and Mary Broughman. Frank was a retired millright at the former Ormet Rolling Mill. He was a 1977 graduate of Newton Falls High School and he was a member of the Boilermakers Local 667. He was known as a fixer of all things. He loved the outdoors, 4-wheelers, hunting, boating, fishing, crosswords, spending time in his barn and with his friends and most of all, spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Broughman of Paden City, WV; son, Franklin Broughman, Jr. of Greenville, SC; daughter, Brianne Broughman of Cannonsburg, PA; brothers, William Broughman of Paden City, WV, Brady (Jan) Broughman of Williamstown, WV; sister, Brenda (Budd) Davis of Florida; in-laws, Robert (Kathy) Dillon, Ronald (Gail) Dillon, James Dillon, Frank (Diane) Dillon all of Newton Falls, OH, Diane Dillon of South Carolina, Doris (Jay) Hays, Esther (George) Davis, both of Lordstown, OH, Mary Ann (Ken) Bigler of Austintown, OH, Cecelia (Ted) Button of Bloomsfield, OH; and he was a loving Uncle to many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Brady and Myrtle Broughman; niece, Deanna Hays, brother-in-law, Daniel Dillon and in-laws, Robert and Esther Dillon. Visitation will be Friday at Myers Funeral Home from 1:00 pm until time of service at 5:00 pm. with Father Brian Crenweldge officiating.
