"Jim" Billiter

James “Jim” Billiter, 77, of Middlebourne, WV, passed away on June 17, 2025 at New Martinsville Health and Rehab Center.

He was born on June 30, 1947, in New Martinsville, WV, a son of the late Okey Billiter and Agnes Thomas Cunningham.

Jim loved playing pool, watching western movies, WWE wrestling and the Steelers. He enjoyed listening to and singing country and gospel music.

He is survived by his sisters, Betty Shepherd of Moundsville, WV and Nancy (Jim VanCamp) Morgan of Sistersville, WV and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Deloris Cooper; Aunt, Kathy Sine and brother-in-law, John Shepherd.

Visitation will be on Friday, June 20, 2025 from 11:00 am until time of funeral service at 1:00 pm with Reverend Bob Henderson officiating. Interment will be at Kendle Cemetery.
