Joyce Alice Massey

Joyce Alice (Mayne) Massey, 77, of Sistersville, WV passed away peacefully January 30, 2026, at the comforting residence of her youngest daughter and care provider, Joy Grimm, surrounded by her three loving daughters.

Daughter of the late Arthur “Buck” Mayne and Stella Hollobaugh Watkins, Joyce was born June 29, 1948 in Rowlesburg, WV.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Larry Hollobaugh and Mark Mayne.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Joy Grimm (Jason), Lori Soriano (Vince), and Tammy Workman; grandsons, Cody and Jason Grimm, Xavier Soriano, Justin and Daniel Workman; great-grandchildren, Christopher, Tyler, Haysley, and Story; brother, Junior Evans (Tiffany); sisters, Connie Watkins, and Carol Barto.

Funeral Service will begin at 1:00 PM, Friday, February 6, 2026 at Calvary Apostolic Church 101 Temple Circle Dr. in Sistersville, WV with Pastor David Smith officiating. Visitation will take place one hour prior to service at the church. Burial will follow at Middlebourne Cemetery.
