Kevin Franklin Wilkinson, 65, of Sistersville, WV passed away December 20, 2025 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

Son of the late Donna Jo Kimble, Kevin was born November 5, 1960 in Sistersville, WV.

He is survived by his sister, Trinity Billiter; three nieces and one nephew.

There will be no public services and a private cremation will take place.
