Larry Lynch

Larry Lynch, 88, of Friendly, WV, passed away December 1, 2022 at The Heritage.

He was born January 12, 1934, in St. Leo, WV, a son of the late Theodore Sylvester Lynch and Edna Burnette Renner Lynch, formerly of Hundred, WV.

Larry was member of the United States Army, a member of the IBEW Local #2357 of Fairmont, WV and was a Welding Instructor for 14 years at PRT Vocational School.  He was also a member of the Middlebourne Masonic Lodge #34 AF&AM, Sistersville ELKS Lodge #333 and the Tyler County Shrine Club.  He had a great love for trout fishing.

He is survived by his daughters, Connie (Tom) Roberts of The Colony, TX and Chandra Lynch of Lewisville, TX; son, Mike (Barbara) Lynch of Friendly, WV; grandchildren, Israel (Tamera) Roberts of Frisco, TX, Heather (Nate) Ross of Morgantown, WV and Jenny Lynch (Daniel Frantz) of Smithsburg, MD; and great-grandsons, Carson Roberts and Cole Roberts.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Lucille Glasscock Lynch; grandson, Gabriel Ian Lynch and sister, Mary Lou Lynch.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at Myers Funeral Home with Pastor Jon Fox officiating. Burial will follow in Friendly Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4-8 pm on Monday, December 5, 2022 at the funeral home.
