Laura Mae Shreves

Laura Mae Shreves , 70, of New Martinsville, WV, passed away February 25, 2026, at Wheeling Hospital.

She was born November 29, 1955 in Sistersville, WV, a daughter of the late Paul Junior and Laura Ethel Quinn Shreves.

Laura Mae was a member of the Oxford Street Church of Christ in Sistersville. She enjoyed playing bingo, crafting, and word searches. Those that knew her, knew of her loving and caring spirit and will be deeply missed.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Paul Lee Hibbitts; siblings, Ethel Marie (Robert Wayne) Goff, Kenny Paul and Robert Shreves; nephews, William Paul Tanner, Billy (Sala) Shreves, Glen Alden Jordan, Jaime Lee Jordan, Christopher Allen Jordan, Doug Tanner, Ryan Lilly, and Johnny Paul Anderson-Jones; niece,  Virginia Lucille Tanner ; great nephew , Alexander Rimmy Shreves; great niece, Rhiannon Laura Geneva Shreves; along with a host of other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her fiancé, William Jack Headley; sisters, Carol Sue Tanner and Patricia Ann Shreves.
