Mary Pauline Bennett, 73 , of Middlebourne, WV , passed away Saturday , February 20, 2026.
She was born December 20, 1952 in Sistersville, a daughter of the late Paul Edward and Nina Jean Fairbee Smith.
Those left to cherish her memory are her three children, Joe Lee (Eulah) Stevens, William (Winifrey) Stevens and Donald (Jeanie) Stevens ; two step-children whom she raised, Kevin Smith and Melissa Coombs; one brother and caregivers , Donnie Lee (Katrenia “Kitty) Smith; a close friend, Dee Walker; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Mary enjoyed playing bingo, playing cards and cooking.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Ronnie Lee Smith and daughter, Jean Ann Stevens.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 12:00 PM until the time of service at 2:00 PM at Myers Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 .
