Nancy Junella Keys

Nancy Junella Keys, 79, of Sistersville, WV passed away Thursday, July 16, 2026 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. She was born September 17, 1946 in Sistersville to the late June and Maxine Hammel Miller.

Nancy was known for two things, she loved her grandchildren and her dogs, Nikki, Sophie, Sheba, and Fred. We can’t leave out her cat, Morris. She was a true animal lover and a wonderful grandmother. She loved traveling the state of West Virginia and was a big WVU sports fan. Nancy and her late husband, Junior were members of the Pursley Church of Christ.

Left to carry on Nancy’s memory include her children, Rickey Keys, Matthew Keys, and Gregory Keys Sr. (Mary Rose); her siblings, Paulette Christian, George Miller, and Terry Miller; grandchildren, Brandon Keys, Trey Keys, Brooke Freeland (Mark), Matthew Keys (Jennifer Caicedo), Gregory Keys, Jr. (Nichelle), Taylor Murphy (Robert), and Joshua Keys; great-grandchildren, Jayden Murphy, Blake Murphy, Robert Murphy, Zane Keys, Amelia Keys, James North, Payton Keys, and Paxton Keys.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Edwin L. “Junior” Keys.

A funeral service will be held at Myers Funeral Home on Friday, July 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Rick Murphy officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at Myers Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service on Friday.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Myers Funeral Home for Nancy's final expenses.
