Norma Jean Brewer

Norma Jean Brewer, 91, of Sistersville, WV, passed away January 31, 2024, at Judge’s Personal Care Home in Middlebourne, WV.

She was born July 18, 1932, in Sistersville, WV, the daughter of the late Pearlie Phillips and Ida Lightner Phillips.

Norma was a homemaker.  She enjoyed swinging on the front porch, visiting with family, working puzzles and camping with her family.

She is survived by her four daughters, Penny (Junior) Lough of Sistersville, WV, Patty (David) McCartney of St. Mary’s, WV, Doris (Daniel) Grant and Gale (Mike) Grimm, of Sistersville, WV, sister, Bonnie (Jerry) Stoneking of Sistersville, WV; ten grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, seventeen great great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Brewer; two sisters, four brothers, one granddaughter and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Monday, February 5, 2024 from 11:00 am until time of funeral service at 1:00 pm at Myers Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Henderson officiating.   Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
