Otis E. Barnhart

Barnhart, Otis E., age 76, of St. Marys, WV died Saturday, February 16, 2019 at the Camden-Clark Medical Center, Parkersburg, WV. He was born April 17, 1942 in Pleasants County, WV, a son of the late Ross Edward and Hazel Bell Williams Barnhart. Otis was a mechanic working on oil wells; a U.S. Army veteran serving during Vietnam. He was always willing to help anyone who needed it. Survivors include a cousin, Shirley (Russell) Ridgley of Lisbon, OH; many friends and neighbors. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4-8 pm at Myers Funeral Home, Sistersville, WV. Military graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday at Mt. Nebo Cemetery, St. Marys, WV.
