Rhonda Smith, 48, of Parkersburg, WV, formerly Sistersville, WV, passed away July 10, 2019 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born September 3, 1970 in Sistersville, WV, a daughter of Ronald Wilkinson and Shirley Owens Wilkinson. Rhonda worked as a CNA and as a telemarketer. She dearly loved her family and making them happy. She was always checking on her many friends. She is survived by her husband, Jeremy Guilford; sons; Shawn (Autumn) Smith of Belpre, OH, Brandon Smith of Edmonds, WA, Trevaughn Smith of Shoreline, WA and Marcus Smith of Parkersburg, WV; daughter, Raven Guilford of Parkersburg, WV; sisters, Carla Lancaster of Marietta, OH and Darla (Karl) Ross of Sistersville, WV; granddaughter, Sawyer Smith and many Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Charles Ray Summers and Cronie Owens Summers and George and Hattie Wilkinson. There will be a private family service at a later date.
