Roger Ankrom

Ankrom, Roger, 63, of Middlebourne, passed away March 3, 2014, at Wetzel County Hospital. He was born March 31, 1950, in Kidwell, the son of the late William Everett and Helen Beatrice Harter Ankrom. He is survived by three sisters, Mary Foor of Canton, Ohio, Betty Lou (Herman) Haught of Middlebourne, and Nellie Mae (James) Wilson of Middlebourne; two brothers, Oliver Thomas (Maxine) Ankrom of New Martinsville and Brady Ivan (Marilyn) Ankrom of Middlebourne; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two brothers, Frank Louis Ankrom and John Lee Ankrom. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 7, 2014 at Myers Funeral Home, Sistersville with Rev. Herman Haught officiating. Interment will follow at Lazear's Chapel Cemetery, Middlebourne. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday, March 6 from 6 to 8 p.m.
