Timothy "Tim" Allen Hizer

Timothy Allen "Tim" Hizer, 67, of Sistersville, WV, passed away, December 5, 2014 at Wheeling Hospital. He was born May 25, 1947, in Sistersville, WV, a son of the late John Robert Hizer and Goldie Louise Forester Hizer Weekley. Tim was a retired United States Navy veteran serving in Vietnam and he was a member of the VFW Post #6327. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Chikako "Koko" Hizer of Sistersville; son, John Hizer of Greensboro, NC; daughter, Naomi (Chris) Hizer Kellar of Grove City, OH; brothers, J.B. Hizer and Jeff Hizer of Sistersville; step-brother, Terry Weekley and step-sister Brenda Weekley Beaver; granddaughter, Josslyn Hizer and grandson, James Kellar.
